SITERA CONSULTING
Revenue Performance Diagnostic

Find What’s Holding Growth Back.

When revenue growth falls short, companies often respond by doing more. More campaigns, more outbound, more technology, more AI. But if you don't understand what's causing the problem, more activity won't necessarily improve results.

Sitera helps you figure out what's actually getting in the way.

Sitera Consulting revenue performance diagnostic framework showing eight interconnected areas of the B2B revenue system.

Before You Fix It, Find Out Why It’s Happening.

Growth problems rarely stay neatly within one department. Weak pipeline may reflect the wrong market, unclear positioning, poor conversion, or a broken handoff. Adding activity to the wrong part of the system can make the problem more expensive without making it better.

The Revenue Performance Diagnostic starts with your growth objectives and follows the evidence across the connected decisions, teams, and systems that produce revenue.

Scope

Eight Connected Areas. One Revenue System.

We investigate where the system is working, where it is breaking down, and how problems in one area affect the others.

Market

Is the addressable market sufficient, and are you focusing on segments where you can win?

Customer

Are you pursuing buyers most likely to purchase, stay, expand, and create profitable growth?

Offer

Can buyers understand the problem you solve, the value you deliver, and why they should choose you?

Demand

Are your programs producing qualified opportunities, or primarily generating activity labeled as leads?

Sales

Can your team move qualified buyers from discovery to close without avoidable friction?

Data

Can you trust and connect the information needed to understand performance and make decisions?

Technology

Are systems implemented, integrated, adopted, and supporting the way teams actually work?

Process

Do handoffs, routing, workflows, and approvals help opportunities move forward or slow them down?

Method

Evidence Before Assumptions.

We don't rely on dashboards alone. We look at the data, review the systems, and talk to the people doing the work. Often, what happens day to day tells a different story than what's being reported.

01

Diagnose

Start with the growth objective. Investigate the data, systems, work, and frontline experience.

02

Find

Trace symptoms to root causes rather than assuming the most visible problem is the real one.

03

Prioritize

Distinguish costly constraints from everyday frustrations and decide what matters first.

04

Fix

Recommend focused changes to strategy, process, messaging, data, technology, or execution.

05

Learn

Identify what to measure, what to hear from teams, and how to evaluate whether the changes work.

Engagement

What to Expect

Investment: $3,500–$7,500

Timeline: Approximately 2–3 weeks

Most diagnostics take 2–3 weeks and cost between $3,500 and $7,500. The final price depends on how much we need to evaluate. We'll agree on the scope, deliverables, and price before getting started.

What you can expect

You'll know where revenue is getting stuck, what's contributing to the problem, and what I'd recommend changing first. You'll also know which areas are working well and don't need additional investment.

Where implementation is warranted, Sitera can discuss a separate, focused 60–90 day engagement. The diagnostic does not assume that follow-on work is necessary.

For B2B Companies Missing Their Growth Targets

For leadership teams at roughly $20M–$250M in revenue, missed growth expectations can create pressure to launch another initiative quickly. The diagnostic is designed to help you understand the underlying constraint before committing more time, budget, or headcount.

The problem might be your market, positioning, demand generation, sales execution, or something as basic as how leads are routed. We won't know until we look. That's the point of the diagnostic.
